Our Barossa Nature, Picnic and Helicopter Adventure begins with a scenic helicopter flight over the Barossa Valley, offering guests a rare view of vineyards, ridgelines and the broader landscape before landing at a designated forest site.
From there, Beyond Wellness holds the ground-based experience. A facilitator leads the group through a guided place-based walk, mindfulness and quiet pauses designed to help guests slow down and feel the landscape beneath the flight path.
